Delivery and Return Conditions

1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

1.1. Legal Delivery Period and Method

ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (3D COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEERING INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY) shall deliver the product subject to the Distance Sales Contract ("Contract"), in a sound, complete condition, and in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the Contract is formed between the COMPANY and the CUSTOMER, to the CUSTOMER or the person/organization at the address notified by the CUSTOMER during the order via the contracted cargo company.

1.2. Shipment Area Limitation

The delivery of the product subject to the Contract is limited to the shipment area of the cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) contracted by ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The responsibility of ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ends at the conclusion of the contracted cargo company's shipment area.

1.3. Force Majeure and Delay

If the product subject to the Contract cannot be delivered within the 30 (thirty) day legal period due to force majeure, weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, or similar extraordinary circumstances, ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall notify the CUSTOMER of this situation. In this case, the CUSTOMER may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or wait until the situation causing the delay is resolved. If the CUSTOMER cancels the order, the payment (including any delivery costs collected) shall be refunded within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the notification of cancellation (contractual provisions regarding the termination of the Contract shall apply).

1.4. Absence at the Delivery Address

If the CUSTOMER is not present at the address specified as the delivery address during product delivery, and the persons at the address do not accept the delivery; ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation under the Contract. If there is no one to receive the product at the delivery address, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to contact the cargo company to track and organize the shipment of the order.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1. Period for Right of Withdrawal

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 15 (fifteen) days. The withdrawal period starts from the day the product subject to the Contract is delivered to the CUSTOMER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the CUSTOMER. In determining the duration of the right of withdrawal:

• For products subject to a single order but delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last item.
• For products consisting of multiple parts, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last part.
• For contracts where the regular delivery of the product is made for a certain period, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the first item.

2.2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, explicit notification must be made to ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ via e-mail within the legal period.

2.3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The CUSTOMER cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Products prepared in line with the CUSTOMER's requests or personal needs.
• Products that are likely to spoil quickly or expire.
• Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; the return of which is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
• Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

You may return the product(s) you have purchased within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date, without showing any reason, provided that they comply with the following conditions:

3.1. Creating a Return Request and Shipment

You must create a return request by selecting the product(s) you want to return via the easy return option on https://3dcadcam.com.tr. You must deliver your products to a Yurtiçi Kargo branch or the store you have chosen within **7 days** by specifying the return code shared with you, or our ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ Yurtiçi Kargo customer number below if you do not have a return code. We kindly ask you to write your return code or the ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ Yurtiçi Kargo customer number on the product box in a way that is easily visible, readable, and indelible by the cargo official or store employee.

3.2. Shipping Fee

For shipments made with companies other than the contracted cargo companies, the payment must be covered by you; otherwise, the shipment will not be received.

3.3. Refund

In case of product return, the product price will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days from the moment the notification regarding the right of withdrawal reaches us. You can follow your refund through your bank using your bank reference number. In cases where you did not pay the shipping fee due to a campaign, ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the total sales amount if the campaign order is canceled.

3.4. Shipping Fee Refund

If all products subject to the same order are returned, the shipping fee will be refunded to you.

3.5. Situations Where Return Will Not Be Accepted

Returns are **not accepted** in cases where the original package, box, and packaging (e.g., 3D filament, 3D printer, etc.) included in your order are damaged, the banderol is removed, not all products sent to you are included in the return, or the products in your order have been used, their resale ability is impaired, or the return shipment is not sent in its own special box.

3.6. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal is Not Legally Applicable

For the following products, even if unused, the right of withdrawal is not legally available:

• Products or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of 3D ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
• Products prepared in line with the customer's requests or personal needs (those customized for the person/personal needs by making modifications/additions such as gift wrapping).
• Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
• Services whose performance has started with the customer's consent before the end of the right of withdrawal period.

3.7. Corporate Returns (Invoice Status)

If the product invoice has been issued in the name of an institution, you must send it along with a return invoice issued by the institution, excluding the cargo share, in the form of **'Unit Product Price + VAT'**; otherwise, the product cannot be accepted for return. A return request must be created via our website and delivered to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch or the store you have chosen, along with the return invoice.

3.8. Promotional Product Returns

Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or campaign products subject to multiple purchases. In case of return, all campaign products must be returned collectively.
