Delivery and Return Conditions
1. DELIVERY TERMS
1.1. From the date on which the Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) between ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and the CUSTOMER is concluded, the COMPANY shall deliver the product subject to the Agreement to the CUSTOMER or to the person/institution at the address notified by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, in sound condition, complete, in compliance with the specifications stated in the order, and through the contracted shipping company.
1.2. Delivery of the product subject to the Agreement is limited to the service area of the contracted shipping company (Yurtiçi Kargo) of ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. The COMPANY’s responsibility ends at the boundary of the delivery area of the contracted shipping company.
1.3. If the product subject to the Agreement cannot be delivered within the legal period of 30 (thirty) days due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, earthquake, flood, fire, epidemic disease, etc., the COMPANY shall inform the CUSTOMER of this situation. In such a case, the CUSTOMER may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product (if any), or wait until the cause of the delay is eliminated. If the CUSTOMER cancels the order, any payment collected (including delivery fees, if applicable) shall be refunded within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the cancellation notice (Contractual provisions regarding termination of the Agreement shall apply).
1.4. In cases where the CUSTOMER is not present at the delivery address or the persons at the address refuse to accept the delivery, ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation arising from the Agreement. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, it is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to contact the shipping company and arrange the delivery.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1. The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period begins on the day the product subject to the Agreement is delivered to the CUSTOMER or to the person/institution indicated by the CUSTOMER. In determining the withdrawal period:
2.1.1. For goods subject to a single order but delivered separately, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last item,
2.1.2. For goods consisting of multiple parts, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,
2.1.3. For contracts where goods are delivered regularly over a certain period, the day on which the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the first item shall be taken as the basis.
2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, an explicit notification must be sent to ÜÇ D BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ via e-mail within the legal period.
2.3. The CUSTOMER may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
2.3.1. Products prepared in accordance with the consumer’s requests or personal needs.
2.3.2. Products that are perishable or may expire.
2.3.3. Products whose packaging, seal, tape, or protective elements have been opened after delivery, and which are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
2.3.4. Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
Products purchased may be returned within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date without giving any reason, provided they meet the following conditions:

3.1. You must create a return request by selecting the product(s) you wish to return via the “easy return” option at https://3dcadcam.com.tr. You must then deliver your products within 7 days to a Yurtiçi Kargo branch or to the selected store using the provided return code or, if you do not have a return code, by indicating the COMPANY’s Yurtiçi Kargo customer number below. Please ensure the return code or customer number is clearly written and visible on the package by the courier or store staff.

3.2. If you send your return using a non-contracted shipping company, the shipping cost must be paid by you; otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.
3.3. In case of a return, the product price shall be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days from the moment the notice of withdrawal reaches us. You may track your refund using your bank reference number. In cases where you did not pay a shipping fee due to a campaign, ÜÇ D B BİLGİSAYAR SİSTEMLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost from the total refund amount in the event of cancellation.
3.4. If all items in an order are returned, the shipping fee will also be refunded.
3.5. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging, box, or labels (e.g., 3D filament, 3D printer, etc.) are damaged or removed, if all items originally delivered are not returned, or if the products are used or their resellable condition is impaired. Returns must also be shipped in their original box.
3.6. The following products cannot be returned, even if unused:
3.6.1. Products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial markets and beyond the COMPANY’s control.
3.6.2. Products prepared according to the customer’s specifications or personal needs (e.g., gift packages customized for the individual).
3.6.3. Products that are mixed with others after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.
3.6.4. Services that have commenced with the customer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
3.7. If the invoice for the product is issued to a company, a return invoice (excluding the shipping fee) must be issued by the company as “Product Unit Price + VAT” and sent together with the returned item; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. A return request must be created on our website and submitted along with the return invoice to the Yurtiçi Kargo branch or the selected store.
3.8. For promotional or bundled products, partial returns are not accepted. In such cases, all products included in the campaign must be returned together.
