*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, sphere-spacing errors are assessed with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring at different positions and orientations within the working volume. The evaluation takes place in a certified accuracy laboratory according to ISO/IEC 17025 standards under controlled environmental conditions: temperature maintained at 20 ± 0.5 ℃ and humidity between 40% to 60% RH.
