DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Subject:
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between Üç D Bilgisayar Sistemleri Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the Customer regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, with respect to the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, sold by the Seller to the Buyer.

In this agreement, Üç D Bilgisayar Sistemleri Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi shall be referred to as “3D CAD CAM Teknoloji.”
ARTICLE 3 – BUYER INFORMATION
All members who are registered and make purchases through 3D CAD CAM Teknoloji’s e-commerce website, http://3dcadcam.com.tr, are considered Buyers (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer or Customer).
ARTICLE 4 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit price, and payment method of the product(s) or service(s) are as specified on the website. These details are subject to change without prior notice to the Buyer.
ARTICLE 5 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The Buyer declares that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery terms of the product(s) stated in Article 4, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2 The product(s) subject to this agreement shall be delivered to the Buyer or to the person/institution designated by the Buyer within the period stated in the preliminary information, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days, depending on the Buyer’s place of residence.
5.3 If the product(s) are to be delivered to a person/institution other than the Buyer, the Seller shall not be held responsible for refusal of delivery by such person/institution.
5.4 The Seller is responsible for delivering the product(s) in a sound, complete condition, in conformity with the order specifications, and with all necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
5.5 Delivery of the product(s) shall only be made after electronic confirmation of this Agreement and full payment of the sales price by the Buyer via the selected payment method. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or the payment is canceled in bank records, the Seller shall be deemed released from the obligation to deliver the product(s).
5.6 If, after delivery, the Buyer’s credit card is used unlawfully by unauthorized persons for reasons not arising from the Buyer’s fault, and the relevant bank or financial institution refuses to pay the Seller, the Buyer must return the delivered product(s) to the Seller within 3 business days. In this case, shipping costs belong to the Buyer.
5.7 If the Seller cannot deliver the product(s) within the specified period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances (such as adverse weather conditions or transportation disruptions), the Seller must inform the Buyer. The Buyer may then choose to cancel the order, request a replacement product, or postpone the delivery until the issue is resolved.
If the Buyer cancels the order, the Seller shall initiate the cancellation of the Buyer’s credit card transaction and refund the payment within 7 business days, notifying the Buyer via email. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the bank.
5.8 If the delivered product(s) are defective or malfunctioning, the Buyer must return the product(s) to the Seller within 7 days of delivery for repair or replacement under warranty conditions. In this case, shipping costs are covered by the Seller. If this 7-day period expires, the Buyer must contact the authorized service center directly.
5.9 This Agreement becomes valid once the Buyer electronically confirms it (upon completing membership registration) and submits it to info3d@3dcadcam.com.tr
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven (7) days from the delivery of the product(s) to themselves or to the person/institution they designated.
To exercise this right, notification must be sent to the Seller by fax or email within this period, and the product must be unused and its packaging undamaged in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.
In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the product(s) along with the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery receipt showing the return shipment. Upon receipt of these documents, the Seller shall initiate a refund to the Buyer’s credit card within 7 business days. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the bank.
If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and other legal charges cannot be refunded. Shipping costs for returned products due to withdrawal belong to the Buyer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned due to their nature, disposable goods, software or programs that can be copied, perishable goods, or products with expired shelf life.
For all software, programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and consumables, the right of withdrawal is valid only if the product packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused.
ARTICLE 7 – JURISDICTION
In the implementation of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence, are authorized.
If the order is confirmed electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
