*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, the sphere-spacing error is evaluated with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring at different positions and orientations within the working volume in an ISO/IEC 17025 certified accuracy laboratory under environmental conditions: temperature 20 ± 0.5°C; humidity 40 ~ 60% RH.
