Freescan Track Pro2
Optical 3D Measuring and Dynamic Tracking without Markers
The ideal metrology tool for quality control and 3D inspection. With high accuracy and repeatability, the FreeScan Trak Pro2 enables fast, accurate inspection of various part types and surfaces without the need for markers.
No Markers Needed
The FreeTrak dynamically tracks the TE25 scanner using its tracking targets, eliminating the need to manually place markers on the scanned object.

Exceptional Accuracy
FreeScan Trak Pro2 delivers metrology-grade scanning results with exceptional accuracy, reaching 0.023mm.

3 Options of Laser Line Modes
The scanner features 50 crossed laser lines for quick and highly accurate scans, 7 parallel laser lines for partial HD scans with extremely fine details, and 1 single laser line for deep hole scanning with a hole diameter to depth ratio of 1:4.
Wide Measuring Range
FreeScan Trak Pro2's wide and expandable tracking range allows measurement of a broad spectrum of volumes and surfaces without compromising accuracy or requiring traditional leapfrogs in the scanning process.

Dynamic Referencing, No Markers Needed
The FreeTrak dynamically tracks the TE25 scanner using its tracking markers, eliminating the need to manually place markers on the scanned object. This markerless operation saves time and makes the 3D scanning process much smoother.

Exceptional Accuracy
The FreeScan Trak Pro2 delivers metrology-grade scanning results with exceptional accuracy, reaching 0.023 mm*.
*Based on VDI/VDE 2634, sphere-spacing error is assessed with traceable length artifacts and markers by measuring these at different locations and orientations within the working volume, in an accuracy lab certified with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, under environmental conditions of 20 ± 0.5°C temperature and 40-60% RH humidity.

Wide Measuring Range
The FreeScan Trak Pro2's wide and expandable tracking range allows the measurement of a broad spectrum of volumes and surfaces without compromising accuracy or requiring traditional leapfrog in the scanning process.

Supports Both Optical Tracking and Marker Scanning
Switch between these two modes based on your requirements and the type of object to scan. This duality offers the flexibility to cover a wider range of applications and surface types.

High-Speed Scanning
Paired with its 50 blue laser lines, the FreeScan Trak Pro2's two industrial-grade cameras, each with 5.0MP resolution, enable ultra-high-speed data acquisition for a smooth scanning experience.

Metrology Pro Kit
Ideal for 3D dynamic tracking and scanning systems, Metrology Pro Kit supports stable and precise tracking with different leapfrog marker options for scanning large and complex objects.

FreeProbe (Optional)
・Ergonomic design for easy grip and use
・Sturdy structure to ensure accuracy
・Multifunctional button for versatile functionality
・Integration with PolyWorks and ControlX for quick inspection
When only specific data is needed, use the Probe to create geometric features for quick inspection or measurement without generating mesh data.
FreeScan Trak Software
Robust & Intuitive Software

Multiple Scan Modes
FreeScan Trak software supports markerless track scan, laser scan, and contact scan with the FreeProbe (optional).

Real-Time Mesh Data Display
The software displays mesh data in real time as you scan your workpiece, saving time on point cloud meshing later on.

Adjustable Resolution
You can change the resolution while you're scanning, without having to restart your project.

Distance & Data Quality Visualization
Check if the working distance is correct by observing the laser line color on the object. A built-in quality indicator also highlights areas lacking data.
